What we collect
When you ask for a quote or an offer on your property, through our website, a Facebook form or by contacting us directly, we collect the details you give us. This can include your name, phone number, email address, property address or location, and information about your project or property.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes or offers, and carry out and manage any work you ask us to do. We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
We only share your information where it's needed to deal with your enquiry or job, such as with trades, designers, engineers or councils working on your project, or with the service providers who run our website and forms. If you contact us through Facebook, Meta also handles your information under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. You can also ask us to delete it where we don't need to keep it.
